0165(2)(c) There are cords accessible to children behind the play kitchen; the play kitchen was observed to be easily pulled out from the wall making the cords accessible to children. 0165(3)(a) The large shed in the yard has multiple broken wood siding boards that have sharp edges. One of the floor boards in the small wooden house is broken and sharp. 0165(3)(d) The dryer's child safety latch was not on upon arrival to visit. The washer's child safety latch was broken. 0165(3)(f) The play kitchen is not attached to the wall and children were observed pulling on it and moving it. 0165(5)(a) There are two outlets in the laundry room that do not have tamper resistant outlets. 0165(5)(c) There is an electrical cord with frayed wires at the end sticking out of the side of the house in the yard.
